Shipping & Delivery
We prefer to ship with FedEx, you can place and pay for your orders until 17.45 CET time for shipping out the same day.
We can ship with any other courier services according to your preference.
We ship worldwide any sizes from parcel to truck or container loads. Please contact us for a freight quote if you are purchasing anything bulky. You can collect your order by any courier/transport company from our facility in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Please note that your order has to be paid in full before collection.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public Holidays (you can collect in person 24/7/365 if you make an appointment in advance). We do not ship to PO boxes.
Every order will be packed with utmost care to ensure your product will arrive undamaged after transit. If you have any packing instructions you can always write that in your order comments and we will do our best.
- Returns & Replacements
We accept returns within 30 days from the original invoice date on your order.
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number.
- Ordering
Simply add products to you cart, provide us with shipping information, pay for your order and you are ready! If you place and pay for your order until 17.45 CET , it will be shipped out same day.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept bank wire transfer, cash on pickup, credit cards.
- Viewing Orders
You can check status of your order in your accounts panel, on every order changes you will be notified by email. When shipping will be done, you will recieve a tracking information from us to track your order.
